Founder of Creative Behavior Systems, Susan Jones brings 20+ years of attachment-focused behavioral science, trauma-informed, and resilience-building expertise to organizations seeking support in improving chaotic environments. Susan is a longtime ACEs trainer and Behavior Specialist who has worked with leaders and teams in criminal justice, nonprofits, community organizations, schools and school districts. A public education veteran, Susan created CARE, a restorative teaching tool customized for different work environments. CARE improves our ability to build relationships by addressing maladaptive behavior and other behavioral habits to create more positive and productive environments.
