he E-Mentoring Network for Women in Engineering and Science. MentorNet is a nonprofit initiative sponsored through partnerships, grants, and donations, with a mission to further women’s progress in scientific and technical fields through the use of a dynamic, technology-supported mentoring program. Women who are studying engineering or science at one of the participating colleges or universities are paired with professional scientists and engineers working in industry, who then help them via email-based mentoring relationships.
