She will discuss her own background growing up in India and the ups and downs she faced pursuing a career in her new country. Deepika will also discuss what compelled her to start Invincibelle, an online community for multicultural women, and her vision for this community in the future. For anyone who found the movie, “The Namesake”, fascinating and moving, hearing Deepika’s story and vision are a must.
