Learn how your Pelvic Floor Health can dramatically improve the quality of your life.

Kasthuri Veeraraghavan will share some of her journey from growing up in a traditional family in India, slipping away from an arranged marriage, and building a life in the US.

One in three women will experience a pelvic floor disorder (PFD) in her lifetime. Kasthuri is passionate about Pelvic Health and is excited to be part of a movement that brings pelvic health to the forefront of healthcare.

PFD occurs when women have weakened pelvic muscles or tears in the connective tissue, which may cause pelvic organ prolapse, bladder control problems, or bowel control problems. These conditions are all too often misunderstood, underdiagnosed or often dismissed as ” normal” by the medical community. There are many non-medication/non-surgical options to help, including exercise and diet. Learn more about what you can do about this common problem.
