Dr. Reibel shared with us practical, positive actions we can make in our food buying choices to support healthy sustainable agriculture, and the thought-provoking facts which she discovered in writing her latest book, “Eating to Save the Earth: Food Choices for a Healthy Planet”. Linda is a psychologist specializing in eating disorders, depression, and anxiety, and teaches clinical courses as well as ecological psychology and critical thinking at the Saybrook Graduate School in San Francisco.
