After a successful career as one of five female directors at Silicon Graphics and building a successful investor relations consulting company, Ilana returned to school to pursue a psychology degree at Stanford University and to establish a practice devoted to counseling women. She discussed the Relational Model, a model of how females grow and thrive, which was developed at Wellesley, and how this relates to women in the workplace.
